Our Story

Discovery Church of the Nazarene has been in Canastota for 110 years! 

Discovery Church (formerly Canastota Church of the Nazarene) was organized in 1913 in the Village of Canastota. 

The church is a part of the Church of the Nazarene, a Protestant Christian denomination within the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition. We are currently located on NY 5 between Canastota and Wampsville in Madison County.
